At
one time there was a wooded area known as Siberia between the 12th
Tee on the Old Course and the Portland Course. This area was inhabited
by a number of foxes however only scrub and bramble bushes remain.
The tee shot here should be to the right side of a generous fairway
where a short iron should find the slightly raised green which slopes
away to the right and rear and is protected again by bunkers left and
right.
