Paul started his career at Gleneagles, he spent six years there and during that time achieved many things. He graduated in 2003 becoming a fully qualified Professional, was involved with the bid for The Ryder Cup by becoming a Technical advisor for Sport Scotland and taught Tri Golf to many Primary Schools within Perth. Paul became head of Tuition and coached many players of all abilities including the County Team. He then worked abroad at The Dubai Creek golf & yacht club followed by The Berkshire Golf Club in Ascot before heading north of the boarder again to Royal Troon. 
Paul has a passion for golf coaching, and has taught to all standards of players which include European Tour status. He has introduced his coaching styles to the Gentleman of Royal Troon and to the Ladies of Ladies Golf Club Troon, as well as the junior sections.
Paul is currently training to become an advanced PGA Professional.

Adam joined the team of professionals at Royal Troon after completing his degree of Sports and Exercise Science at Guildford College in 2008. Adam then progressed onto the PGA training syllabus and is currently in his final year of training. Adam completed his level 1 and 2 coaching awards which he is using to great affect which he applies into his teaching.
In the last year Adam has taken the responsibility of junior coordinator, this involves competition set ups, handicapping, junior assessments, open competitions and junior coaching.
Adam is looking forward to becoming a fully qualified golf professional in the near future and hopes to achieve high grades in his studies.
