Green Fees

SUMMARY OF GREEN FEES 2012
Visitor days are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
Visitor season commences on Monday 16th April, and closes on Thursday 18th October, with the following exceptions when the course is closed; –

Thursday 26th April (Helen Holm)
Monday 18th June to Saturday 23rd June (British Amateur Championship)
Monday 10th September to Thursday13th September (Duke of York Trophy)

Day tariff. 1 round on the Old Course + 1 round on Portland Course

Tee times:

Monday 16th April until Thursday 23rd August
Old Course 9.00 to 10.30 and 2.30 to 4.00
Portland Course 9.00 to 10.30 and 2.30 to 4.00
Monday 27th August until Thursday 6th September
Old Course and Portland Course 9.00 to 10.30 and 2.00 to 3.30

1 round on the Old Course (only during period below)

Monday 17th September until Thursday 18th October
Old Course only 9.00 to 10.30

Please note lunch is not included within the green fee rate but can be purchased in the clubhouse on the day.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% per player is required within 21 days to reserve a tee-time. The balance of the fees must be paid 60 days prior to date of play to confirm the reservation.
Non payment on the due dates may result in the reservation being cancelled. No refunds will be given.

Tee Time Booking Cancellation Policy
Should you or any member of your party, (or any individual) require to cancel a Golf Tee Time Reservation, subsequent to it having been confirmed by Royal Troon Golf Club, the leader/individual of your party must advise the Caddiemaster either by telephoning: 01292 311555 or e-mailing bookings@royaltroon.com

Your notice of cancellation will be effective when it is received and confirmed by Royal Troon's Caddiemaster Team. A cancellation reference number will then be allocated to you confirming the date and time of your call or email. The reference number should be kept safely in your possession for any future reference to the cancellation.

In relation to all cancelled Tee Time Golf Bookings, Royal Troon Golf Club reserves the right to levy a cancellation, charge to cover the administrative cost associated with the provision of your booking. In all cases, cancellation charges which have already been incurred are non refundable.

The current cancellation charges ordinarily levied by Royal Troon Golf Club are as follows:

Depending on the circumstances of cancellation Royal Troon Golf Club it is sometimes possible for those who have cancelled to reclaim the cancellation charges (less any applicable excess) under the terms of certain Insurance Policies which parties/individuals may have taken out prior to their booking. Royal Troon Golf Club has no responsibility in this respect and the point is made simply for your information.

If any member(s) of a party or any individual is prevented from travelling, the person(s) concerned is entitled to transfer their booking to another individual nominated by them or the group leader. A written confirmation of all amendments must be sent to the Caddiemaster Team at Royal Troon Golf Club. It should be noted whilst Royal Troon will endeavour to assist, we cannot guarantee to be able to meet all requests contained within the amendment, particularly if this would result in an increase in the number of tee times required.
